Sunset Assistance didn't begin as a business—it began as a desire to help people.

Long before Sunset Assistance LLC existed, the team spent afternoons and evenings helping stranded motorists throughout Colorado. With little more than basic tools, determination, and a willingness to stop for someone in need, countless roadside emergencies were handled simply because helping people was the right thing to do.

The name "Sunset" came naturally. Most calls happened during the late afternoon and evening hours, turning a simple courtesy service into something people began recognizing and trusting.

As demand continued to grow, so did the opportunities.

After beginning contract work with RPM Towing & Recovery, Sunset gained valuable experience responding to a wider variety of roadside situations. What began as a small courtesy operation quickly developed into a professional roadside assistance service serving drivers across Colorado.

During a multi-vehicle crash in Aurora, Sunset found itself assisting alongside Aurora Police officers. After the scene was cleared, one officer asked a simple question that would change everything:

"Have you ever thought about making this official?"

That question became one of the moments that inspired the creation of Sunset Assistance LLC.

GROWTH THROUGH CHANGE

Building a company is never a straight road.

Over the years Sunset has evolved as team members followed different career paths, new partnerships formed, and services expanded. While some original members moved on to build successful companies of their own, the relationships built along the way remain strong, with several continuing as trusted partners today.

Those experiences helped shape Sunset into more than just a roadside assistance company—they created a network dedicated to helping Colorado motorists.
